Before and After

It was year 2001 when it all began... now, it's year 2010 and here they are, the casts are all grown ups! whew! We grew up with them too, right? The 2nd part of the 7th movie will be shown next year, making the span reach up to 10 years of Harry Potter madness! I can't believe I'm still crazy over this magical world and now, the end is very near, there will be no more movie to wait and watch out for. How i wish the story will remain fresh to every one else's mind even 10 more years will pass from now. And i'm hoping that the children of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley will have their own adventures soon. Oh please JK Rowling, don't stop writing the books about Harry... write some more adventures, maybe this time, it's his kids' own adventures we will enjoy reading and watching. Someday, there might be other versions, maybe some more stories about Harry will be revealed... Some dark secrets untold might be questioned, some love interests, and maybe some more Weasley inventions... I know that most of the HP fans might not get over the fact that JKR ended the story. But one day, maybe she might write again about them and that's what we're supposed to hope for right now.

The trio, Daniel, Emma, and Rupert are finally going to move on and live without each other. 10 years working together may be very long enough for the three of them but friendship will always remain true among them. Though they will start working on their own, having their own movies or maybe going to school, I am sure that they will never forget how important they are for each other. And for us, our love for them will never fade. They are good actors and they portrayed their roles very well.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione's adventures will never be forgotten. Thanks to JKR for sharing a wonderful story I loved so much. Keep up the good work!

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park

The highly-anticipated “Wizard World of Harry Potter Theme Park” in Orlando, Florida finally opened to the public last June 18 of this year. Days before the opening, casts never stopped promoting the theme park to everyone. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, and even the creator of the Harry Potter phenomenon J.K. Rowling herself showed up in America to celebrate the park's launching.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort kicked off its grand opening celebration with help from Harry Potter film stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, James and Oliver Phelps, Matthew Lewis, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, Michael Gambon, and Warwick Davis. There were hundreds of people, maybe thousands, who gathered in front of the Hogwarts castle that night for a spectacular display of fireworks which was choreographed to a special performance of music from the Harry Potter films conducted live by renowned composer John Williams.

One of the highlights of that night was a huge light show that was projected onto the castle. For sure, it was breath-taking and being there was like "wow! this is a dream come true!"

Here's the video, take a look!

I can't wait til I get to see myself enjoying in the theme park, but the question is "when and how will I get there?" If you want to get a preview of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, click here >> WWHP

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1

22nd of November 2010 at City Centre Doha, I bought two tickets at exactly 2:45pm, reserved the best seats for me and ninya and then bought some nachos with jalapeno and cheese... "this is going to be a nice afternoon!" well, that's what i thought.

It wasn't 3D, i thought it's going to be the best film i'm going to see this year. What's IMAX anyway? what is its difference between the standard movie? I know nothing much about the latest terms on movie quality or what kind of movie it's going to be, something like that... Anyway, so the movie started at exactly 3pm. The drama at the beginning almost made me cry, but it wasn't the same as what was in the book. The Dursleys didn't even say too much, just left and that's it. I liked Daniel Radcliffe acting like Fleur and Hermione, when they had to drink the polyjuice potion to look like Harry. I think he's going to be good in portraying gay roles! hehehe... The "Hedwig died saving Harry" scene made me in tears. Poor owl, he wasn't saved by Harry. Then the movie went on, amazing me on how Daniel and Emma acted very well. Both of them were really good, even the extra actors! Remember the three employees at the ministry? They were funny playing like Ron, Harry, and Hermione. I was sad when Dobby died. It was the part in the book that I cried too much for losing one character I love. Then, Voldemort stole Dumbledore's wand... That's the end of the first part, how bad is it to you?

The action is expected in the 2nd part, that's what i think everybody else hopes for to see. Will we be seeing Dumbledore's army? Will it be in 3D this time? will it be the best movie from all the other HP movies in the past? I hope it will be! I am hoping it's going to be breath-taking, a tear-jerker movie, a film that will touch our hearts, something that will make us remember all the books we read more than once, a film to make us recall all those times we watched the other HP films over and over. I hope it's going to be the last HP film that will make us cry because we're going to miss them! I wish that Warner Bros. will include behind the scenes, some memos or interviews, messages from JKR, a note in the end of the film, thanking all the HP fans, and some more like that. I hope JKR herself will be able to read this blog.. hehehe....

So what did you feel about the 1st part of the 7th movie? was it good? i think it's better than HP6. Let's hope that the 2nd part of HP7 will be the best of all! thanks for reading! til next time!

Yipee!!!

As of tonight, I'll be counting 10 days before the movie opens in cinema! Finally, the long wait is almost over... But thinking of waiting again for the second part brings out a frown on my face. Gosh! How long is July 15, 2011 from this date? Eight months from now is almost one year again. Oh my, HP fans' need more patience! Uhm, where can I buy a dozen? (LOL!)

What's Happening?

Hello HP Fans! I'm very sorry that I wasn't able to update my blog for one whole year. I've been very busy at work and when I get home, it feels like I've been out of bed for a decade!

Anyway, October is almost over! I'm sure everyone is so excited to see the last film this November, right? Too bad it's cut in two parts so we better be patient in waiting for the second part which will be shown July next year.

Updates on the seventh film can be read on my favorite Harry Potter sites.
